OUR MISSION

We started Active In Movement back in 2019 and our mission is to help build the minds and bodies of our clients so that they can live and enjoy their lives to the fullest. We do this through a process of learning, coaching, support, accountability and trust.

We feel that movement should be accessible to all and that movement is about so much more than just FITNESS. So we implement a training system that combines Strength training, mobility/flexibility and movement.

That is why we wanted to create a space that is supportive, has a community around it and prioritizes quality of movement. With this mission, we have attracted a group of kind and hardworking people who lift each other up and push each other to become better.

At Active In Movement we follow the Be Kind Work Hard mentality. Everybody who has this mindset belongs here - YOU belong here!

Now just note that we didn't create any of these training modalities, but we have drawn inspiration and knowledge from other experienced coaches and movers.

OUR METHOD

We take the best parts of gymnastics, bodybuilding, weightlifting, Crossfit, mobility training and other movement practices into one balanced training program.

We do this through dedicated Strength training, working on imbalances, enhancing your ability to move your own body and addressing weak points. Being STRONG is one thing, but being able EXPRESS that strength in daily life is something very special.
