This is where our Group coaching comes in. These sessions are not your typical "group" classes. You will be doing your own personal program, designed for your goals and abilities, while having the benefit of being surrounded by a group of like minded individuals.
"The body will become better at whatever you do, or don't do. If you don't move, your body will make you better at not moving. If you move, your body will allow more movement."
A personal training program that changes every 4-8 weeks.
Constant feedback and technique cues.
Strength training, conditioning, flexibility/mobility and skills.
A adequate warm up/prep before the main work.
Max 6 people per class.
3 (60min) sessions per week.
A fun, inviting and encouraging vibe.
