HI, I'M KARLA

I have a passion to help everyday individuals live a healthy life. I want to teach you how to build better lifestyle and eating habits that will make you feel and look your best, while taking a sustainable approach and without starving yourself.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME

  • To guide you and work with you to achieve your goals.

  • I will break down Big goals into daily actions.

  • Regular assessment will be done to track progress.

  • I will coach you on what to eat, how much to eat, what to shop for and how to plan your meals.

  • We will work on the other aspects of health for example: sleep, training and stress management.

  • I am here to support you and be your accountability partner.

THE PROCESS

We are all uniquely created, so what works for you might not work for someone else. For this reason all coaching is individualized to your specific goals, needs and want's. We offer both online (via Zoom) and in person sessions.

To get started with your Nutrition Coaching we follow a 2 step process:

INITIAL
CONSULTATION

We will start with an initial consultation via video call or in person session where we will assess your eating history, habits, concerns and goals.

Based on your assessment I will set up a nutrition plan for you (which includes shopping lists, macro breakdown and plate set up).

+/- 40 min

COACHING
SESSIONS

We will do a coaching session once a month where I can coach you where needed, work on certain topics that need attention and to check your progress.

+/- 40 min

In between coaching sessions you will have my support with weekly check ins. You will also have access to a Google Drive link with recipes which will be updated regularly.
