In order to get stronger and improve our flexibility we need to challenge our bodies.
We do this through dedicated Strength training, working on imbalances, enhancing your ability to move your own body and addressing weak points.
We incorporate elements of strength training (with weights and bodyweight), as well as smart flexibility training, locomotion, prehab/rehab and functional bodybuilding into a comprehensive program that will keep you progressing for years to come.
Being STRONG is one thing, but being able EXPRESS that strength in daily life is something very special.
